The Institute has also realized that many organizations adopt periodical customer service surveys which would give them only a general indication of their customer service levels. Many of them have no practice of tracking down individual customer service in specific terms. Many customers do not fill up the so-called suggestion forms or take the pain to inform when encountering poor customer service. The Institute would like to help organizations to be an integral part of their customer service by talking to each of their customers. This would make customers feel that the company cares about them and the company obtains the objective information directly from each customer. This is what we call providing customer service through measuring customer satisfaction.
Professionally trained and experienced call center professionals would be assigned to the client who will be thoroughly trained in the specific requirements of the client. They would be talking to the Client’s customers, measure their service experiences and through which provide the customer service. As part of the measurement objective, reports would be continuously provided to the client. |
